The Los Angeles College Faculty Guild is the exclusive bargaining agent representing over 4,000 full time and adjunct faculty working in the nine community colleges within the Los Angeles Community College District. The Guild has represented the district's faculty since the beginning of collective bargaining in California's community colleges in 1977, and is the largest local union of community college faculty in California.
