The Guild’s grievance representatives on each campus serve an important role in the Guild. Grievance reps review and investigate complaints by faculty to determine whether the actions have violated the collective bargaining agreement. If it’s determined that a violation has occurred, the grievance rep follows the procedures in Article 28 of the contract to resolve the issue.
